Chelsea are Premier League champions again - for the second time in three seasons.
The Blues have been top of the pile since November and have shown no sign of relinquishing their lead at any stage.
It is a first title in England for boss Antonio Conte , whose decision to switch to a back three in the early months of the season has paid dividends.
Changes have been rare from the Italian over the course of the campaign but as we know, you can't win the title with just 11 players.
Here are season ratings for the title-winners from Stamford Bridge.
Thibaut Courtois
Position: Goalkeeper
League appearances: 34 Clean sheets: 15
Back to his best form after last season’s dip under Jose Mourinho. Commanding, strong and often eye catching. His best display at Sunderland.
Rating: 8
Asmir Begovic
Position: Goalkeeper
League appearances: 1 Clean sheets: 0
Nearly went to Bournemouth in January, but has been a good squad member who Antonio Conte didn’t want to go. His only start ended in defeat at Old Trafford. required.
Rating: 6
Cesar Azpilicueta
Position: Centre-half, right-back, right wing-back
League appearances: 35
Fantastic season. Has reinvented himself as part of Chelsea’s all important back three. Such a good all round defender. Quite magnificent.
Rating: 8
David Luiz
Position: Centre-half
League appearances: 31 Goals: 1
His return from Paris Saint Germain was ridiculed. Who is laughing now? Has come back as a more mature, better and rounded defender and character.
Rating: 8
Gary Cahill
League appearances: 35 Goals: 6
After Chelsea’s defeat at Arsenal, the questions were being asked on Cahill. But his response since then has been superb. Solid and a mainstay in defence.
Rating: 8
John Terry
Position: Centre-half
League appearances: 4 (3)
What a way to say goodbye. His age has counted against him, he’s been on the fringes but will leave with another title. Not being called up at Old Trafford told him it was time to go.
Rating: 6
Kurt Zouma
Position: Centre-half
League appearances : 2 (5)
Will get a medal despite being a bit part player after his return from injury. His middle name is Happy - and he lives up to it. A loan move might be a good option next season.
Rating: 5
Nathan Ake
Position: Centre-half, left wing-back
League appearances: 0 (1)
Did really well on loan at Bournemouth but has hardly had a look-in since returning in January. Did well in the FA Cup semi final and has surely got a future at the club.
Rating: 5
Victor Moses
Position: Right wing-back
League appearances: 27 (5 subs) Goals: 3
One of the most unlikely stories in the title winning team. Forgotten man, discarded winger, coached into being an excellent right wing back. Conte’s greatest success.
Rating: 8
Marcos Alonso
Position: Left wing-back
League appearances: 28 (1) Goals: 6
He was a shock signing, the ex-Bolton and Sunderland defender, suddenly becoming a title winning wing back with an unlikely eye for big goals, having rarely scored before.
Rating: 8
N'Golo Kante
Position: Central midfield
League appearances: 33 Goals: 1
Has already won the Football Writers’ Association Player of the Year award for his brilliant contribution. He’s like having two men in one. Won it for Leicester last year, showed his worth again.
Rating: 9
Nemanja Matic
Position: Central midfield
League appearances: 29 (5) Goals: 1
A very solid and notable contribution. Powerful and strong in midfield, Matic just patrols and gives Chelsea a different option in midfield alongside Kante. A good response after some doubts.
Rating: 7
Cesc Fabregas
Position: Central midfield
League appearances: 11 (15) Goals: 4
He has now contributed to 105 Premier League goals, he is the king of the assists. His experience and quality has really come to the fore in the run-in when nerves could have jangled.
Rating: 8
Nathaniel Chalobah
Position: Centre-half, central midfield
League appearances: 0 (9)
Done well when called upon from the bench, fills in where needed but doesn’t look as if he is capable of holding down a starting place. Chelsea need a youngster to make it.
Rating: 5
Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Position: Central midfield, forward
League appearances: 0 (6)
Disappointing again. He’s such a big hope for the club, such a talent and yet has failed to blossom under yet another different manager. Maybe it’s time to move on.
Rating: 5
Willian
Position: Forward
League appearances: 13 (18) Goals: 7
Last year’s best player has found himself out of the regular starting line-up. The first man off the bench, a valuable contribution but must be feeling a little frustrated.
Rating: 7
Pedro
Position: Forward, right wing-back
League appearances: 25 (7) Goals: 8
The 3-4-2-1 system that Conte employed has got the best out of several players - and none more so than Pedro. It has given him a new lease of life and he has been a revelation.
Rating: 8
Eden Hazard
Position: Forward
League appearances: 33 Goals: 15
Injury free and clearly enjoying life and his football again. After the misery of last season, he has been superb in Chelsea’s system and is now among Europe’s top players.
Rating: 9
Michy Batshuayi
Position: Centre-forward
League appearances: 0 (17) Goals: 1
Signed for £34m from Marseille, he was supposed to be a good squad player, valuable back-up and competition. He has been a massive disappointment. Either not good enough or Conte doesn’t fancy him.
Rating: 4
Diego Costa
Position: Centre-forward
League appearances: 33 Goals: 20
Back to his very best, bullying defenders, winding up opponents and entertaining the rest of us. He had a meltdown in January, might leave in the summer but we’ll miss him. And so will Chelsea.
