'I can't see Neymar at Real Madrid, he won't win as much as he did at Barca

Neymar's future continues to be one of football's hot topics, with the legendary Hristo Stoichkov the latest to give his two penneth.

The Bulgarian turned 52 on Thursday and celebrated by discussing his view on Neymar with 'Radio Marca'.
"I can't see him at Real Madrid. I wish him all the best in whatever he does, but I don't think he will win the same amount he did with Barcelona," Stoichkov explained.
Stoichkov won a Ballon d'Or during his playing days and is considered by many to be one of the best forwards in the history of the game, but despite being so talented himself, there was a noticable glint in his eye when the topic of the conversation turned to Lionel Messi.
"I've never seen anything like Leo, every day he surprises me with something new," Stoichkov enthused. "I've known him since he was a child and he was a humble, hard-working and battling kid.
'The Dagger' also went on to discuss Gerard Pique and Luis Suarez after they recently made the headlines.
"I've always admired him. He's gone through difficult periods like his ban at the World Cup which was very unfair. He's one of the players who has identified most with the Barca shirt,he's a top player," the 52-year-old said of Suarez.
Meanwhile he sent the following message to Pique: "I would tell him to carry on demonstrating that he is Catalan as well as an extraordinary footballer and to keep giving his all in both a Barcelona shirt and a Spain shirt."
- Support for Zidane -
Whilst Stoichkov has never been fond of Real Madrid and has gone on the recrod criticising them in the past, he did have some words of support for 'Los Blancos' boss Zinedine Zidane.
Aunque Stoichkov siempre se ha autodenominado antimadridista y ha criticado con virulencia al conjunto blanco, respaldó públicamente al entrenador francés del Real Madrid.
"In football, sometimed the greats suffer. Real Madrid need time to rebuild. No one doubts that Zidane is a top manager, but they need to be pacient. Nobody can take his titles away from him," Stoichkov concluded.
